Bengals move on from DJ Reader. Is a deal with the Lions imminent?
Lions propose two changes to IR rules:
Change #1: Teams can designate two players for return if placed on IR during initial 53-man roster cut.
Change #2: Teams can return an unlimited number of players to the active roster from IR. The current maximum is 8.
